Return and Refund Policy

Because Heat & Hive items are custom-made or made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer-selected sizes, colors, designs, personalization, or artwork once production has started.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, including product type, size, color, quantity, spelling, artwork, and design placement.

Custom, Ready-to-Order, and Made-to-Order Items

Color shades may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment dye lots, and supplier availability.

Custom apparel, personalized items, ready-to-order designs, and made-to-order products are final sale unless there is an issue caused by Heat & Hive, such as:

  • Incorrect item sent
  • Incorrect size or color sent
  • Damaged item
  • Production error
  • Approved design not followed

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@heatandhive.com within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Artwork and Design Review

We review artwork before production. If there are concerns with image quality, file type, sizing, or placement, we may contact you before making the item.

Heat & Hive is not responsible for low-quality artwork, misspellings, incorrect details, or design issues that were submitted or approved by the customer.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Because custom apparel is made specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection unless the wrong size was sent by Heat & Hive.

Refunds or Replacements

If your order qualifies due to a Heat & Hive error, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
