Shipping Policy

Heat & Hive offers custom apparel, ready-to-order designs, and made-to-order items. Processing time begins after order details and artwork, if applicable, have been reviewed.

Production Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

Custom orders are made after artwork is reviewed and approved. Production time may vary depending on order size, product availability, design details, transfer availability, and supplier stock.

If we have questions about your artwork, sizing, placement, or order details, we may contact you before production begins.

Shipping

Heat & Hive currently ships within the United States only.

Standard shipping is $4.95.

Orders of $65 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are shipped using standard USPS shipping services unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping time begins after production is complete and the order has been handed off to the carrier.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & Extended Delivery Areas

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other extended delivery areas may require additional transit time, especially when standard ground shipping is selected. Delivery to these locations can take longer than typical mainland U.S. delivery estimates.

Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, extended delivery areas, or oversized orders. If additional postage is required, we will contact you before shipping.

Please allow extra time for delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend ordering early or contacting us before placing your order.

USPS delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Heat & Hive’s control.

Local Pickup / Meet-Up

Heat & Hive does not currently operate from a public storefront.

Free local pickup or arranged meet-up may be available for customers in the local area. If you choose Free Local Pickup / Meet-Up - Local Area Only at checkout, your order will not be shipped.

We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup or meet-up details. Please wait for confirmation before attempting to pick up or meet for an order.

If local pickup or meet-up is selected by mistake and shipping is needed, a separate shipping invoice will be sent before the order is mailed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Heat & Hive is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@heatandhive.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Heat & Hive is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control. However, we will do our best to help you review available tracking information.
