Use the package options above to view starting price estimates based on quantity, shirt style, and print location. Final pricing will be confirmed after Heat & Hive reviews your artwork, shirt color, size breakdown, deadline, and availability.

Production begins after the final quote, design proof, order details, and payment are complete.

• 75+ Shirts — Custom quote with additional bulk savings available

Orders over 50 shirts are quoted individually. Orders of 75+ shirts may qualify for additional bulk savings depending on quantity, shirt style, print locations, size breakdown, artwork, deadline, and availability.

Discounts are based on standard adult tees with one front logo or design. Premium shirt styles, pocket tees, additional print locations, extended sizes, artwork cleanup, rush orders, shipping, and specialty requests may affect final pricing.

Shirt Style Options

Starting package prices are based on standard adult tees, such as Gildan Heavy Cotton or a comparable standard adult tee.

Available package shirt styles may include:

• Standard Tee — Gildan Heavy Cotton or comparable standard adult tee

• Softstyle Tee — Gildan Softstyle or comparable soft-style tee

• Premium Tee — Comfort Colors garment-dyed tee or comparable premium tee

• Pocket Tee — pocket tee option with additional pricing shown above

Other apparel options, such as youth shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies, full-zip hoodies, and tote bags, may be available by custom quote.

Shirt brand, color, size, and style availability may vary by supplier.

Size Guide

Standard package pricing is based on adult sizes S–XL. Extended sizes may be available and may affect final pricing. Common available sizes may include S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL, depending on shirt style, color, and supplier availability.

Please include your full size breakdown in your quote request so Heat & Hive can confirm availability and final pricing.

Color Options

Shirt colors vary by brand, style, size, and supplier availability. Please review the color charts before submitting your quote request. See the product photos for color charts by shirt style. Click or tap each chart to enlarge it.

If a selected color or size is unavailable, Heat & Hive will contact you with available options before production begins.

Print Options

Available print options may include:

• Front logo/design only

• Front logo/design + back logo/design

• Additional print locations by custom quote

The back logo/design option includes one additional back print location. This may be a standard back logo or a larger back design. Oversized prints, sleeve prints, specialty placements, or complex artwork may require a custom quote.

Pocket tee placement will be confirmed before production.

What to Include With Your Request

Please include the following in your email:

• Package size requested: 12, 24, 50, or 75+ shirts

• Shirt style requested

• Shirt color preference

• Size breakdown
  Example: S-2, M-4, L-4, XL-2

• Any extended sizes needed, such as 2XL, 3XL, or 4XL

• Business, unit, organization, or group name

• Front design details

• Back design details, if applicable

• Logo or design file attached to your email

• Needed-by date

• Any special notes

Quote, Payment & Production

Heat & Hive will review your request and confirm the final quote before payment is collected.

Payment is required before materials are ordered or production begins. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is an error made by Heat & Hive.

Military Unit Confidentiality

Heat & Hive will not sell, share, publish, or reuse customer-provided unit artwork, logos, order details, or design information without permission.

Heat & Hive is willing to review and sign reasonable confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements when required for military unit or organizational orders.

Customers should not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, sensitive operational details, deployment details, restricted government information, or any information that should not be shared through a public website or standard order form.
