How to Submit Your Artwork (Read Before Buying)

After placing your order, please follow these steps to send your artwork:
  1. Complete your purchase.
  2. Click the "Email Artwork" button located on this page.
  3. Important: When your email app opens, please change "Order Number" in the subject line to your actual order number from your receipt!
  4. Attach your high-quality design file and include your shirt color, size, print option, design placement, and any special notes.
For best results, provide the highest quality image available. PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution artwork is preferred. Low-resolution images, screenshots, blurry files, or complex artwork may require cleanup before printing. Heat & Hive will review your artwork before production. If there are any issues with image quality, sizing, placement, or file type, we will contact you before making the shirt.

Youth Softstyle Tee — Soft Cotton Feel

A youth short sleeve t-shirt with a softer, lighter feel than a traditional heavy cotton tee. This shirt is a great choice for customers who want a comfortable everyday youth tee for custom designs, school events, family shirts, sports teams, birthday parties, gifts, and group orders.

Fabric Weight: 4.5 oz./yd² lightweight softstyle fabric

Fit & Style: Modern classic youth fit with a classic width rib crewneck collar

Comfort Details: Soft ring-spun cotton feel, taped neck and shoulders for comfort and durability, and a tear-away label

Versatility: Works well for front designs, back designs, left chest logos, school shirts, camp apparel, youth sports, birthday shirts, family trips, and group orders

Fabric Note: Most solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton. Sport Grey is a cotton/polyester blend. Heather colors, Dark Heather, Graphite Heather, and Heather Oatmeal contain cotton/polyester blends. Fabric content may vary by shirt color.

Print Options

Starting price includes one front logo/design. Available print options include:

  • Front Logo/Design Only
  • Front + Back Logo/Design (Includes one front print location and one back print location)
Oversized prints, sleeve prints, specialty placements, complex artwork, or special requests may require a custom quote.

Sizing & Care

  • Sizing: Standard youth pricing is based on unisex youth sizes XS–XL. Please review your youth size selection before ordering. Fit and feel may vary slightly depending on shirt color, size, and material blend.
  • Care Instructions: For best results, wash inside out with cold water and tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the design.

Production Time

Custom orders are made after artwork is reviewed and approved. Standard production time may vary depending on order size, shirt availability, artwork quality, and design details. We will contact you if there are any questions before production begins.
